We're looking for a thoughtful, highly organized Community Manager who understands that every interaction with our audience shapes how people experience the brand. This role is ideal for someone with exceptional judgment, strong writing skills, and a genuine love of engaging with people online. You'll be responsible for managing our day-to-day community across social channels, creating authentic social-first content, supporting influencer initiatives, and helping us build one of the most thoughtful, engaging communities in beauty. Because you'll help represent a high-profile founder and celebrity-backed brand, we're looking for someone who knows when to respond, when not to respond, and how to navigate nuanced situations with professionalism, empathy, and discretion. Community management is a daily responsibility, and our audience doesn't operate on a Monday–Friday schedule. This role includes monitoring our social channels on weekends to ensure timely awareness of conversations, comments, DMs, and emerging issues. While not every message requires a response outside business hours, you'll be expected to exercise sound judgment, proactively flag urgent or sensitive matters to the team, and help ensure our community feels consistently supported.
