About The Position

We are looking for a highly relational, organized, creative, and service-driven Community Manager, Marketing & Sales Coordinator to help grow our restaurant presence in Fulton, Missouri and support the launch and expansion of our catering sales efforts. This role will focus on promoting the restaurant, generating leads for catering opportunities, building local partnerships, supporting paid campaigns and social media, visiting local businesses, and helping position Tacos & Tequila for corporate events, family gatherings, weddings, and celebrations of 80+ guests. This person will also be an active participant in our weekly growth meetings and will help bring fresh ideas, market insight, and momentum to our growth strategy.

Requirements

  • Has experience in sales, local marketing, and restaurant-related promotion
  • Understands how to build relationships and create community presence
  • Is proactive and knows how to generate leads and create opportunities
  • Is comfortable working independently while staying aligned with leadership
  • Brings creativity, energy, and strong follow-through
  • Has strong public relations and networking skills
  • Is organized and able to manage multiple moving pieces
  • Is service-minded and aligned with a hospitality-first culture

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in hospitality, restaurant marketing, catering, events, or community-based business development
  • Comfortable with social media management and paid marketing campaigns
  • English required
  • Spanish preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead local marketing efforts to increase awareness and traffic for the restaurant
  • Manage social media presence and help execute promotional campaigns
  • Support paid advertising efforts and local outreach initiatives
  • Generate qualified leads for catering opportunities
  • Build relationships with local businesses, organizations, and community partners
  • Visit businesses and organizations to create new opportunities for catering and brand visibility
  • Identify opportunities for corporate events, family celebrations, weddings, and large group events
  • Support follow-up after events to strengthen relationships and encourage repeat business
  • Participate actively in weekly growth meetings and contribute ideas for marketing and sales growth
  • Help track marketing and sales activity through KPIs and clear growth metrics
