About The Position

We are seeking a dependable and compassionate Community Living Support (CLS) staff member to provide support during after-school hours and, as needed, on weekends in Nicholasville, Kentucky. This position offers up to 37 hours per week with flexible scheduling based on the individual's needs.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid Driver’s License and active auto insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with participants, families, and administrative staff.

Nice To Haves

• At least one year of experience in human services, healthcare, or a related caregiving field is preferred.
• Previous caregiving, direct support, or CLS experience is a plus.
• Reliable, patient, and compassionate.
• Comfortable working with individuals who need community and daily-living support.
• Able to work independently and as part of a support team.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized support and supervision.
• Assist with daily living and community activities.
• Encourage independence, social engagement, and participation in activities.
• Maintain a safe, supportive, and respectful environment.
• Communicate effectively with the individual, family, and care team.
• Complete required documentation and follow established support plans.
