About The Position

We are seeking a dependable and compassionate Community Living Support (CLS) staff member to provide support during after-school hours and, as needed, on weekends in Nicholasville, Kentucky. This role involves providing individualized support and supervision, assisting with daily living and community activities, and encouraging independence, social engagement, and participation in activities. The CLS staff member will maintain a safe, supportive, and respectful environment, communicate effectively with the individual, family, and care team, and complete required documentation and follow established support plans.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Valid Driver’s License and active auto insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with participants, families, and administrative staff.

Nice To Haves

• Previous caregiving, direct support, or CLS experience is a plus.
• At least one year of experience in human services, healthcare, or a related caregiving field is preferred, but not required.
