About The Position
The Community Living Manager manages employees and program services for individuals with disabilities who live independently in their own homes. The position oversees program implementation and quality standards, employee performance and productivity, satisfaction among individuals, families or guardians, and funders, as well as fiscal responsibility. The manager ensures program activities comply with organizational guidelines, funder requirements, and accreditation standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human services or a related field, plus 1 year of experience working with individuals with disabilities and 1 year of supervisory experience; alternatively, 2 years of experience working with individuals with disabilities and 1 year of supervisory experience without a degree.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
