About The Position
Bel Rae Senior Living, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Community Life/Activities Assistant to join their growing team. Bel Rae Senior Living is redefining senior living in St. Paul, MN, helping seniors Age Magnificently in a gorgeous, apartment-style community providing Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services. The Community Life Assistants become family and impact the lives of residents. In this position, you will be responsible for assisting the Community Life Department Supervisor in the development, organization, coordination, and implementation of comprehensive community life and wellness services and programs that meet the needs and interests of each tenant.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident’s families, and employees.
- Must possess advanced computer skills, including email use.
Nice To Haves
- Experience working in Assisted Living and Memory Care is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate group programs as assigned in a timely and efficient manner.
- Promote and integrate the wellness dimensions into the community life programs.
- Communicate programs and develop positive relations with residents, family, and volunteers.
