About The Position

Bel Rae Senior Living, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Maintenance Director to join their growing team. Bel Rae Senior Living is redefining senior living in St. Paul, MN, helping seniors Age Magnificently in a gorgeous, apartment-style community providing Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services. The Maintenance Director will become part of the family and impact the lives of residents.

Requirements

Assist in the repair, upkeep, and maintenance of the building, grounds, and equipment.

Nice To Haves

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience in health care is preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform all duties concerned with electrical, heating, cooling, plumbing, painting, floor care, and various equipment.
Perform assigned housekeeping duties including trash removal, mopping, cleaning, etc. in accordance with facility policy.
Address and correct work orders to maintain building and equipment operation.
Assist in the purchasing of supplies and equipment for departmental operation, may require vehicle operation.
Assist in the supervision of outside contractor services.
Assist in the inspection of building, equipment, and grounds on a regular basis to ensure compliance with codes and regulations and to maintain proper operation.
