About The Position

We are looking for positive, dependable, and detail-oriented employees to join our team. We are looking for a Marketing Liaison for our Meridian/Idaho territory. This role involves identifying and establishing relationships with healthcare professionals, conducting sales visits, developing marketing campaigns, and ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical regulations.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, healthcare marketing, pharmaceuticals, or compound pharmacy marketing.
• Willingness to travel both in and out of state.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Proven track record in sales, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required).

Responsibilities

• Identify and establish relationships with healthcare professionals (physicians, clinics, wellness centers, and other potential referral sources).
• Conduct sales visits, presentations, and educational meetings to promote compounding pharmacy services.
• Develop and implement marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and patient engagement.
• Learn the market players and actively engage to drive new business.
• Maintain and nurture existing client relationships, ensuring excellent service and customer satisfaction to retain current clients.
• Attend industry events, and community engagements to build professional connections.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine marketing strategies.
• Ensure all marketing efforts adhere to pharmaceutical regulations and ethical guidelines.
