About The Position

Ennoble Care is seeking a full-time, preferably experienced Community Liaison for its Fairfax, Virginia region and surrounding areas. The role involves interacting with hospitals and other community referral sources to promote the company’s house-call and hospice services. The liaison analyzes the service area, markets, company services, and patient relationships; develops and implements marketing plans and sales objectives; and provides community outreach and education. The position may also involve attending IDG meetings and assisting office staff as needed.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in marketing, nursing, or social work interacting with health agencies or professionals.
• Organized and detail oriented.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Licensed driver with an insured automobile in good working order.

Responsibilities

• Analyze the potential of the company’s service area to determine target markets.
• Visit doctors’ offices, hospitals, assisted living facilities, skilled nursing facilities, and other potential referral sources to present agency credentials and obtain patient referrals.
• Analyze the company’s organization to determine its strengths and weaknesses.
• Analyze past and current marketing data.
• Analyze the company’s product line.
• Analyze patient and company relationships.
• Develop sales and marketing objectives and sales projections.
• Develop a marketing plan that identifies priorities and establishes a reasonable timetable.
• Implement the marketing plan within the established timetable.
• Review and evaluate analyses and the plan on an established basis.
• Attend IDG meetings as appropriate.
• Assist office staff as needed, including with going to updates.
• Provide community outreach and education.
