We are seeking a Community Liaison / Operations Manager: a natural connector, strategist, and problem-solver. This is a dynamic, two-phase role: you will start by building the community presence that fills our clinic, then transition into "running the show" as our onsite leader. This role is designed for someone who thrives on variety—one day grabbing coffee with a pediatric practice to build a referral bridge, and the next coordinating clinic workflows and staff schedules to ensure excellence. Phase 1: The Community Liaison (The Launch) You will be the face of Treetop ABA, introducing pediatricians, schools, and local organizations to our life-changing work. Your goal is to build the relationships and referral pipelines that will make our new clinic a success. Phase 2: The Operations Manager (The Flight) Once the ABA clinic is up and running, you will transition into the onsite Operations Manager. You will oversee day-to-day clinic functions, staff coordination, and administrative tasks, ensuring our families and clinicians have everything they need to succeed.
