About The Position

Brynn Marr Hospital is committed to providing the highest standard of psychiatric care to adults, adolescents, and children. Since 1983, our behavioral health therapists in Jacksonville, NC, have equipped patients with the skills they need to live happier, healthier, and more productive lives. We offer evidence-based treatment programs that address a number of issues, including grief, trauma, psychiatric disorders, and substance abuse problems. The Community Liaison services as the liaison between the facility, the community, and referring agencies. The Community Liaison is directly responsible for creating demand for the facility's services through the effective application of ethical marketing principles and sales methods. In collaboration with the Director of Business Development and business development team, the Community Liaison presents a positive and professional public image of the facility within the community. The Community Liaison is responsible for implementing the facility's strategic sales plan, enhancing the facility's brand/image, effectively managing their assigned territory and accounts, and works to achieve departmental and facility business development goals. The Community Liaison must be able to demonstrate tact, resourcefulness, patience, and dedication in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field required. Experience may be evaluated on a case-by-case basis in lieu of a degree.
  • A valid Driver's license is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior marketing and or sales experience within a behavioral health-care setting preferred.
  • Three years minimum documented experience in referral development, account management, sales growth, and physician relationships preferred.

  • Must reside in Southeast NC or Fayetteville, NC
