Bilingual Community Liaison / Intake Coordinator (English/Spanish)
About The Position
A Peace of Mind Caregivers is seeking a bilingual English/Spanish Community Liaison / Intake Coordinator to build referral relationships across Las Vegas and welcome new clients into its home care services. This is a full-time role based in Las Vegas, Nevada, with both field and office work. Compensation is $18 per hour plus performance bonuses. The role involves visiting referral sources, receiving referrals, completing initial client intakes, helping new clients begin services within 24–48 hours, supporting timely Medicaid prior authorization renewals, and maintaining the company’s Google Business Profile and care-directory listings. Goals for the first 90 days include approximately 20 referral-source visits per week and 4–6 new clients per month.
Requirements
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance.
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-through.
Nice To Haves
- Home care, home health, or Medicaid experience.
- Existing referral contacts in the Las Vegas healthcare community.
Responsibilities
- Visit hospital discharge planners, Medicaid HCBS case managers, Nevada Medicaid plans, primary care offices, senior centers, churches, and elder law attorneys to build referral relationships.
- Receive new referrals and complete initial client intakes.
- Help new clients start services within 24–48 hours.
- Help keep Medicaid prior authorizations renewed on time.
- Keep the Google Business Profile and care-directory listings up to date.
- Aim for approximately 20 referral-source visits per week and 4–6 new clients per month during the first 90 days.
