About The Position

Accent Senior Care is seeking a bilingual English/Spanish Community Liaison / Intake Coordinator to build referral relationships across Las Vegas and welcome new clients into its home care services. This full-time role is based in Las Vegas, Nevada, and involves both field and office work. Compensation is $18 per hour plus performance bonuses.

During the first 90 days, the role aims for approximately 20 visits to referral sources per week and 4–6 new clients per month.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through.

Nice To Haves

• Home care, home health, or Medicaid experience.
• Existing referral contacts in the Las Vegas healthcare community.

Responsibilities

• Visit hospital discharge planners, Medicaid HCBS case managers, Nevada Medicaid plans, primary care offices, senior centers, churches, and elder law attorneys to build referral relationships.
• Receive new referrals and complete initial client intake.
• Help new clients begin services within 24–48 hours.
• Help ensure Medicaid prior authorizations are renewed on time.
• Keep the company’s Google Business Profile and care-directory listings up to date.
