About The Position
The Winsted at Valley Ranch Apartments is seeking a Community Leasing Professional. This role is an opportunity to build a career in property management with Gaines Investment Trust. The company is interested in learning about candidates' experience and interest in future Leasing Professional opportunities. Candidates are encouraged to complete a self-guided video interview through Spark Hire to showcase their personality, communication skills, professionalism, and customer service approach. While previous property management experience is not required, customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, and other people-focused experience can provide a strong foundation. Responsibilities
- Greeting and assisting prospective residents, visitors, and callers in a professional and welcoming manner
- Conducting apartment tours and showcasing community amenities and available homes
- Building relationships with prospective residents and following up on their interest
- Assisting with the leasing process and preparing lease documentation
- Maintaining accurate resident and prospect information
- Providing exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents
- Supporting the onsite team in maintaining a welcoming, organized, and professional community
- Managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
