About The Position
Trinity Square Apartments is seeking a Community Leasing Professional. This role is an entry-level opportunity in property management, and previous experience in property management is not required. The company is looking for individuals with strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills. The Leasing Professional will be the first point of contact for prospective residents, responsible for creating a positive first impression and delivering an exceptional experience. This role involves conducting tours, building relationships with prospects, assisting with the leasing process, and supporting the onsite team. Responsibilities
- Greeting and assisting prospective residents, visitors, and callers in a professional and welcoming manner
- Conducting apartment tours and showcasing community amenities and available homes
- Building relationships with prospective residents and following up on their interest
- Assisting with the leasing process and preparing lease documentation
- Maintaining accurate resident and prospect information
- Providing exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents
- Supporting the onsite team in maintaining a welcoming, organized, and professional community
- Managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
