About The Position

Trinity Square Apartments is seeking a Community Groundskeeper. This is a hands-on position for someone who takes pride in maintaining the appearance of the community and enjoys staying active throughout the workday. Groundskeepers play an important role in keeping our apartment communities clean, attractive, and welcoming for residents, prospective residents, and visitors. Responsibilities

• Maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of community grounds and common areas
• Picking up litter and debris throughout the property
• Keeping sidewalks, parking areas, breezeways, and other exterior areas clean
• Assisting with basic landscaping and grounds maintenance
• Maintaining pool and recreational areas
• Cleaning and preparing common areas for residents and prospective residents
• Assisting the maintenance team with projects and apartment turns as needed
• Identifying and reporting maintenance or safety concerns
• Helping ensure the community remains clean, attractive, and well maintained
• Performing physically active work outdoors in varying weather conditions
