Gaines Investment Trust is seeking a Leasing Professional for Cypress Lake at Stonebriar Apartments. This role is ideal for individuals interested in a career in property management, even those new to the field. Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is beneficial. The Leasing Professional is often the first point of contact for prospective residents, playing a crucial role in creating a positive first impression and delivering an exceptional experience. Qualified candidates will be contacted by the Talent Acquisition team as opportunities arise.

Responsibilities
- Greeting and assisting prospective residents, visitors, and callers in a professional and welcoming manner
- Conducting apartment tours and showcasing community amenities and available homes
- Building relationships with prospective residents and following up on their interest
- Assisting with the leasing process and preparing lease documentation
- Maintaining accurate resident and prospect information
- Providing exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents
- Supporting the onsite team in maintaining a welcoming, organized, and professional community
- Managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
