About The Position

Gaines Investment Trust is seeking individuals for future Leasing Professional opportunities at Remington at Memorial in Tulsa, OK. This role is ideal for those interested in property management, even if new to the industry. Customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, and other people-focused experience can provide a strong foundation. As opportunities arise, qualified candidates will be contacted. Leasing Professionals are the first point of contact for prospective residents, responsible for creating a positive first impression and delivering an exceptional experience. They conduct tours, build relationships, assist with the leasing process, maintain resident information, and support the onsite team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and assisting prospective residents, visitors, and callers in a professional and welcoming manner
• Conducting apartment tours and showcasing community amenities and available homes
• Building relationships with prospective residents and following up on their interest
• Assisting with the leasing process and preparing lease documentation
• Maintaining accurate resident and prospect information
• Providing exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents
• Supporting the onsite team in maintaining a welcoming, organized, and professional community
• Managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
