Groundskeeper – Cypress Lake at Stonebriar Apartments. Cypress Lake at Stonebriar Apartments is seeking individuals interested in a hands-on career in property management. Nice To Haves
- Previous groundskeeping, landscaping, maintenance, construction, janitorial, or similar hands-on experience is a plus
- New to property management is okay
Responsibilities
- Maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of community grounds and common areas
- Picking up litter and debris throughout the property
- Keeping sidewalks, parking areas, breezeways, and other exterior areas clean
- Assisting with basic landscaping and grounds maintenance
- Maintaining pool and recreational areas
- Cleaning and preparing common areas for residents and prospective residents
- Assisting the maintenance team with projects and apartment turns as needed
- Identifying and reporting maintenance or safety concerns
- Helping ensure the community remains clean, attractive, and well maintained
- Performing physically active work outdoors in varying weather conditions
