About The Position

Evergreen Treatment Services (ETS) has been dedicated to transforming lives and communities through innovative addiction and social services in Western Washington for over 50 years. The REACH Program, part of ETS, focuses on helping individuals experiencing homelessness and behavioral health conditions achieve stability and improve their quality of life. The REACH mission is to foster community health and safety through outreach, relationship, healing interventions, and systems advocacy for people who use drugs. Services include outreach-based care coordination, multidisciplinary clinical services, and support for accessing and maintaining housing, all grounded in harm reduction principles. REACH actively works to dismantle systems of oppression rooted in White Supremacy and addresses historical trauma. The program is committed to building a robust behavioral health response that diverts individuals from jail by rebuilding community and providing services for marginalized populations to thrive. Services range from survival support to linkages with housing, legal assistance, healthcare, entitlements, and treatment for substance use and mental health conditions.
