The Food Bank of the Southern Tier (FBST) is seeking a Community Impact Coordinator to build and maintain strong relationships with agency and program partners, as well as community organizations throughout our service area. In this role, you will serve as the primary relationship manager for an assigned portfolio of partners and Community Impact programs, providing technical assistance, coordinating partner engagement, facilitating community coalitions, conducting site visits, and supporting initiatives that improve equitable access to food. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, collaborating with community organizations, and helping partners increase their impact. This role requires regular travel throughout Steuben, Schuyler, and Tompkins Counties, occasional travel throughout the remainder of the Food Bank's six-county service area, and a minimum of two onsite days per week at the Food Bank's Elmira office.
