About The Position
The Community Impact and Fundraising Associate will support both community engagement and fundraising teams by coordinating events, managing donor data, and assisting with programs, grants, and partnerships. This is a full-time, temporary position with the possibility of becoming permanent. If converted permanently, the salary range is $68-$72k. Some travel to local events may be required.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in nonprofit, fundraising, or community engagement
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Experience with CRM systems required
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Responsibilities
- Coordinate community events, outreach, and volunteer activities
- Build and maintain relationships with partners and donors
- Enter and manage donor data in CRM systems
- Support fundraising campaigns and donor communications
- Track grant deadlines, reports, and program outcomes
- Assist with event logistics, materials, and follow-ups
- Draft basic communications like updates and event recaps
