The Community Health Program Manager provides strategic and operational leadership for BSA’s Health Pillar, overseeing HIV/STI testing, counseling, prevention education, and clinical compliance within BSA’s on-site testing program and community-based outreach initiatives. This role ensures that all health services are trauma-informed and affirming, compliant with state and local regulations, data-driven and outcome-oriented, and culturally responsive to LGBTQ+, Black, and Brown trans communities. The Community Health Program Manager supervises testing staff and the Youth Outreach Coordinator, develops and maintains community linkage agreements, oversees quality assurance, and ensures that the on-site clinic operates efficiently, ethically, and safely. This is a management-level role responsible for program oversight, regulatory compliance, supervision, and strategic growth of the Health Pillar.
