About The Position
The Community Health Navigator-Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism will serve as a Community Health Navigator to lead the management of the CHW team. They will also team with IPE students to extend the reach of the CHWs working on the project, and will expose students to the role of CHWs on healthcare teams.
Requirements
- Final candidates are subject to successful completion of a background check.
- A drug screen or physical may be required during the post offer process.
