About The Position

Thrive Health Systems, a natural healthcare company in Colorado Springs, is seeking an enthusiastic, sales-oriented leader to promote their brand within the local community. This role involves a combination of sales, marketing, emotional intelligence, and organizational skills to ensure effective event marketing, measurable results, and an extraordinary patient experience. The ideal candidate will be a boots-on-the-ground leader responsible for planning and executing community-based events, working with massage therapists at events, identifying key relationships for hosting events, and managing those relationships over time. This includes setting up lunch and learns, organizing massage day events, and managing exhibition booths.

Requirements

Minimum of two (2) years of experience in sales/marketing.
High school diploma or greater.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships in a local business.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities
