About The Position

DivaDance is a dance experience and community built for adults. Our mission is to help people feel confident, empowered, and connected through dance classes that are welcoming, fun, and judgment-free. We’re looking for a warm, energetic, community-focused leader to help support and grow the DivaDance Gilbert experience. The Community Experience Manager helps create an incredible experience for our members and trial clients both in and outside the studio. This role is perfect for someone who loves building relationships, creating community, and making people feel welcome. The majority of hours will take place during class and event times, with some responsibilities happening outside of classes. This is a part-time employee role with DivaDance HQ supporting the Gilbert market.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and connect with members and trial clients
  • Help create a fun, inclusive, high-energy environment
  • Build relationships with clients and strengthen community connection
  • Support member retention and in-person membership conversations
  • Encourage trial clients to continue attending classes
  • Personally connect with booked leads before their first class
  • Help clients feel prepared and excited to attend
  • Answer questions and help reduce first-class nerves
  • Learn more about clients’ goals and interests
  • Maintain a strong presence at classes and events
  • Support client check-in and overall class experience
  • Assist with community engagement and recruiting conversations
  • Support local events, partnerships, and special projects as needed
  • Capture authentic class content and community moments
  • Encourage member participation in social content
  • Help showcase the energy and inclusivity of the community
  • Support simple content creation and engagement efforts
  • Attend bi-weekly HQ meetings
  • Review key market KPIs including retention, attendance, and conversion
  • Collaborate with HQ on ways to improve the client experience
