Requirements

Based in San Francisco Bay Area
3+ years proven experience in event management and production
Demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple concurrent events while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
Strong problem-solving capabilities with expertise in real-time issue resolution
Excellence in cross-functional leadership and relationship building
Strategic budget management skills with proven negotiation experience
Forward-thinking approach to event innovation and cultural relevance
Flexibility to manage time-sensitive needs outside standard hours
Expert in Google Workspace

Nice To Haves

Adobe Creative Suite/Figma experience valuable

Responsibilities

Drive end-to-end event management including virtual, hybrid, and in-person experiences - from venue selection and budget planning to day-of execution and post-event analysis
Manage post-event processes including stakeholder reporting, attendee follow-up, and metrics analysis
Build and coordinate event teams comprising internal staff, contractor support, and vendor partnerships
Partner with marketing to create compelling event promotion campaigns and maintain brand consistency
Proactively identify opportunities to scale event impact and reach through process improvements and innovation
Research and implement emerging event technologies and industry best practices
Provide direct product feedback to improve Key's platform experience
