The Housing Opportunities Commission of Montgomery County (HOC) is seeking a dynamic, collaborative, and purpose-driven leader for the role of Community Engagement Manager. This position, reporting to the Vice President of Resident Services, will focus on Program Development, Strategic Partnerships, and Community Engagement. The Community Engagement Manager will provide overall leadership, management, and strategic direction to the Community Engagement team, overseeing day-to-day operations and supervising four full-time staff members. The role involves developing and implementing a comprehensive community engagement strategy, overseeing key programs such as Youth Enrichment Services (YES), Adult Education & Workforce Development (AEWD), and the Fatherhood Initiative Program (FIP), and cultivating relationships with various organizations. Additionally, the manager will be responsible for developing, monitoring, and reporting on key performance metrics, managing budgets, and ensuring programs meet grant standards. This is a hybrid position, allowing for remote work two days a week after a successful 6-month probation period.
