Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to facilitate meaningful interactions with various stakeholders, including vendors, community partners, and provider networks.
  • A minimum of two years of relevant experience.
  • A proactive approach to identifying opportunities that drive sales growth and enhance market visibility.
  • Familiarity with community engagement strategies and event planning.
  • Must hold a valid driver's license and have access to a vehicle.
  • Proficiency in utilizing software tools for tracking engagement activities and reporting on performance metrics.
  • A minimum of 2 years' job-related experience
  • Active Driver's License and vehicle
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must reside in NY, NJ or CT
  • Bilingual - Spanish Required

Responsibilities

  • Leads all community engagement efforts, ensuring consistent and impactful interactions with current and prospective vendors.
  • Plans and executes community events.
  • Cultivates strong relationships with business partners.
  • Identifies opportunities to enhance sales performance.
  • Represents VillageCareMAX at various community gatherings, increasing brand visibility and promoting product offerings.
  • Collaborates with internal teams to align community engagement strategies with organizational goals.
  • Tracks and reports on the effectiveness of outreach initiatives.
  • Provides valuable insights to the Business Development Team, helping to shape strategies for growth and enhance market presence.
