Requirements

Valid/Clean Driver's License and reliable transportation REQUIRED
High School Diploma or GED required
Strong communication skills

Nice To Haves

Prior experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.

Responsibilities

Providing essential day-to-day services and training to individuals in the community.
Supporting individuals with direct assistance in daily living activities, such as adult living skills, cooking, and budgeting.
Accompanying individuals on community outings, including medical appointments, recreational activities, volunteer locations, and personal shopping trips.
Promoting independence and enhancing the overall quality of life for those we serve.
