This is a full-time position that requires working towards advancing the mission and values of Archway Programs. The role involves ensuring all necessary program resources are utilized to meet individual needs, promoting ethical and professional conduct, and maintaining established policies and procedures for quality assurance, safety, and infection control. The Coordinator will safeguard client confidentiality and provide culturally sensitive services. A strong emphasis is placed on customer service, with responses being timely, professional, caring, and respectful. The role also requires full cooperation with various agencies during inspections and investigations. The Coordinator will supervise and monitor various staff, serve as a liaison, oversee consumer care and safety, conduct intake interviews, promote consumer independence, liaise with parents and other agencies, conduct staff meetings, manage emails, be on-call as needed, provide daily supervision and administration to managers and staff, monitor quality improvement, select/evaluate/terminate staff, work with departments to maintain facilities, assist in developing and evaluating ISPs, participate in quality improvement projects, promote risk management and performance improvement goals, promote inclusion through community activities, and complete all required paperwork accurately and within timelines. The role also involves performing other duties as assigned for excellent customer service and effective company operation.
