The Community Engagement Counselor plays a vital role in that mission by supporting community members, connecting families to resources, and strengthening relationships between the organization and the communities we serve. This role helps ensure compassionate, accessible support that leads to life-saving outcomes for cats every single day. Requirements
- Compassionate and community-focused professional with experience in client support, outreach, case management, or community engagement.
- Strong communicator who can build positive relationships with community members, staff, volunteers, and partners.
- Skilled at assisting individuals seeking resources, guidance, and support services with empathy and professionalism.
- Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable using databases, case management systems, Google Workspace, and other administrative tools.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish.
