The Community Education & Patient Experience Coordinator supports the hospital’s mission to deliver high‑quality, patient‑centered care by coordinating patient education initiatives, patient experience activities, and community health education programs directly related to hospital services. This role functions as a patient care support and administrative position that enhances access to care, improves patient understanding of services, supports quality improvement efforts, and assists patients and families in navigating hospital‑related care processes. The Community Education & Patient Experience Coordinator is responsible for the deployment of a comprehensive patient experience improvement plan across the continuum of care for Pampa Regional Medical Hospital. This position serves as the content and systems expert for the community hospital they serve to accelerate improvement across all patient experience metrics and ensure compliance with hospital policies, quality standards, and Medicare Conditions of Participation.
