About The Position

This position involves teaching youth learners in various programs under the general supervision of the Community Education Coordinator. The instructor will be responsible for developing lesson plans, adapting teaching materials, and instructing students in relevant subject matter. The role requires exemplifying strong character traits such as compassion, respect, responsibility, self-discipline, and honesty, and representing Community Education and Cambridge-Isanti Schools positively.

Requirements

• Knowledge of the subject taught.
• Ability to establish and maintain standards of behavior.
• Ability to deliver articulate presentations.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with staff, students and parents.
• If over 18 years of age, a successful background check is required.

Responsibilities
