This role involves promoting hospice referrals, the Heart to Heart Hospice House, and community resources by calling on physicians, area hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, or other senior living settings. The representative will also work with hospice-eligible patients and their loved ones during the admission process, in collaboration with Hospice House staff. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing territory business plans, managing sales time and resources to meet goals, and establishing ongoing public relations efforts to increase brand awareness and community understanding of the organization's services. The role requires utilizing customer relationship management software and other tools for account management and performance tracking, along with performing other duties as required and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
