About The Position
Flagler Technical College is seeking a Community Education Facilitator to join our team on a part-time, as-needed basis. The facilitator will operate under the direction of the Community Education Department to support safe and effective operations at the swim facility.
Requirements
- Ability to work flexible, “as-needed” hours.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to community safety.
- Ability to work independently and respond appropriately in emergency situations.
Nice To Haves
- Current, valid Lifeguard Certification.
Responsibilities
- Provide coverage for Open Swim sessions.
- Provide Lifeguard coverage as needed to ensure patron safety.
- Coordinate with the Community Education Department to meet facility scheduling demands.
