About The Position

Churchill Residential is looking for a Community Director for Evergreen at Arbor Hills, a 136 unit Senior Living community. This position is responsible to oversee and maintain the day-to-day operations of a tax credit residential property by providing outrageous customer service each day. This position is responsible for the property's finances, budgets, accounting systems and financial reporting. Must comply with TDHCA guidelines and conform to LIHTC.

Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• At least 5 years’ experience in a property management position.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Working knowledge of Yardi.
• Valid Texas Driver’s license.
• Required auto insurance.

Nice To Haves

• CAM certification preferred.
