About The Position

Property Management, Inc. (PMI) is seeking a full-time Community Director to join their State College Affordable Housing team in Altoona, PA. This role will oversee the operations of two Altoona Affordable properties. PMI is a stable and growing employee-owned management company with over 55 years in business, managing over $4 billion in real estate assets. A valid PA Real Estate License is preferred but not required, as the company will sponsor the licensing process.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in the multi-family housing industry.
  • Excellent customer service and sales skills.
  • Valid PA Drivers License and reliable, insured transportation.
  • High School Diploma/GED.

Nice To Haves

  • Tax Credit experience is a plus.
  • PA Real Estate License is a plus, will need to obtain within a year from employment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee overall operation of the property.
  • Manage staff.
  • Processing applications and move ins.
  • Processing yearly recertifications.
  • Entering Work Orders.
  • Customer service.
  • Data entry.
