About The Position

Omega Management Group is seeking a Custodian to perform janitorial and light maintenance duties at Flinthills Mall in Emporia, Kansas. Duties are to be completed professionally, dependably, and in a timely, zero-defect manner. The employee is expected to support good resident and tenant relations, work independently, communicate well, and participate in staff meetings and designated training. The employee must follow company policies and procedures and may be asked to perform reasonable tasks consistent with company objectives.

Requirements

• Customer-service orientation and a commitment to good resident and tenant relations.
• Ability to work independently.
• Willingness to learn.
• Good communication skills.
• A telephone where the employee can be reached.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; no formal training required.
