Requirements

Active license as an Unarmed Security Guard/Officer in the State of Tennessee required
At least one years’ experience in security preferred
High level of interpersonal and customer service skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with all customers

Responsibilities

Interacts with and assists senior living residents, families, employees, vendors, and visitors in a courtesy role
Conducts regular patrols inside/outside buildings and around the property
Assists nursing staff and emergency responders with wellness checks, emergency calls, and fire alarms
Conducts regular fire drills in skilled nursing facility
Assists with badge system and door accesses
Performs light preventive maintenance duties as assigned
