The Heritage at Brentwood is a premier senior living community seeking a full-time hospitality-focused Community Courtesy Officer (CCO) to assist residents and serve as a trusted resource for 24/7 safety and security in their senior living community and skilled nursing facility. Requirements
- Active license as an Unarmed Security Guard/Officer in the State of Tennessee required
- High level of interpersonal and customer service skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with all customers
Nice To Haves
- At least one years’ experience in security preferred
Responsibilities
- Interacts with and assists senior living residents, families, employees, vendors, and visitors in a courtesy role
- Conducts regular patrols inside/outside buildings and around the property
- Assists nursing staff and emergency responders with wellness checks, emergency calls, and fire alarms
- Conducts regular fire drills in skilled nursing facility
- Assists with badge system and door accesses
- Performs light preventive maintenance duties as assigned
