The Washington State Department of Corrections (DOC) is recruiting to fill a full-time, non-permanent Community Corrections Officer 2 (CCO2) - Hearings Presentation Officer position within the Community Corrections Division. This position is part of the NW Hearings Liaison Unit (NWHLU) and is located in Everett, WA. This non-permanent appointment is expected to last at least six months. Depending on qualifications, candidates may be appointed at the CCO1 or CCO2 level. As a CCO2 (or CCO1), the role involves collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to support the agency's mission of improving public safety by ensuring the effective supervision and accountability of individuals under agency jurisdiction. Supervision efforts focus on accountability and intervention to support a safe reentry into the community.
