About The Position

Hemet Hills Post Acute is seeking a friendly, energetic, and self-motivated Community & Marketing Coordinator to help enhance the resident and family experience while supporting the facility's marketing and community outreach efforts. This unique part-time role combines relationship-building, social media management, online reputation support, and community engagement.

Requirements

  • Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with residents, families, and community members
  • Organized and able to manage multiple projects independently
  • Strong communication skills
  • Comfortable asking for feedback, testimonials, and online reviews
  • Reliable transportation for community outreach activities
  • No healthcare or marketing experience required—we are willing to train the right candidate

Nice To Haves

  • Interest in healthcare, marketing, customer service, or community relations preferred

Responsibilities

  • Build positive relationships with residents and families throughout their stay
  • Gather and share feedback to help improve the resident and family experience
  • Support and respond to online reviews in a professional and timely manner
  • Manage social media content, including resident highlights, staff spotlights, activities, and community events
  • Assist with marketing initiatives, events, and special projects
  • Participate in community outreach one day per week alongside the marketing team
  • Help strengthen the facility's presence both online and within the local community
