We are looking for a RELIABLE, DETAILED, CARING Cleaner to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of our apartment community. This role is essential in ensuring a welcoming environment for current residents, prospective residents, and new move-ins! We need YOU to help our team create a space people will LOVE!

Responsibilities
- Cleaning vacant apartments after move-outs once units are prepared and ready for turnover
- Maintaining common areas on a rotating schedule, including stairwells, hallways, amenities, leasing office, entryways, and other shared spaces
- Ensuring all surfaces, floors, and high-traffic areas are consistently clean and presentable
- Reporting any maintenance issues or property concerns
- Following cleaning checklists and completing tasks efficiently and thoroughly
