Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age
Have dependable transportation to and from the worksite
Be able to work independently and stay on task
Demonstrate strong attendance and punctuality
Pay close attention to detail and take pride in producing quality work
Be able to perform routine physical cleaning tasks

Nice To Haves

Previous experience as a janitor, custodian, housekeeper, commercial cleaner, cleaning technician, environmental services worker, or office cleaner is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

Cleaning offices, conference rooms, lobbies, hallways, and employee break areas
Sanitizing restrooms and replenishing paper products and hand soap
Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors throughout the facility
Dusting furniture, ledges, windowsills, and other surfaces
Disinfecting frequently touched areas such as door handles, light switches, and shared equipment
Collecting and removing trash and replacing liners
Using cleaning products and equipment according to company procedures
Identifying maintenance issues or supply shortages and reporting them promptly
Completing daily assignments while meeting Clean Team's quality standards
