Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) is seeking a Community Behavioral Health Worker to provide direct services that empower individuals and families to build skills and overcome barriers to behavioral health and daily functioning. The CBHW provides coaching and practical support in home, school, and community settings, helping clients develop routines, coping strategies, and healthy communication. This role guides access to community resources, collaborates with internal teams and external partners, and maintains strong engagement with clients and caregivers. All services are delivered using trauma-informed, and strength-based approaches to promote recovery and resilience. The pay range for this position is $19.00 to $22.26 an hour based on experience, education, and/or licensure. The role also involves acting as a liaison between the Washington County Behavioral Health board, referral partners, and landlords to house CTP-eligible individuals and developing relationships with landlords, Washington-Morgan Community Action and the WCBHB to create a housing resource guide.
