Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) is seeking a Community Behavioral Health Worker to join their team in Ross County. ISBH is a community-minded, forward-thinking behavioral health organization dedicated to helping individuals and families on their road to health and well-being. They provide services in homes and communities, connecting clients to resources and working with local partners to promote healthy people and strong communities. The Community Behavioral Health Worker will provide direct services that empower individuals and families to build skills and overcome barriers to behavioral health and daily functioning. This role involves coaching and practical support in home, school, and community settings, guiding clients in developing routines, coping strategies, and healthy communication. The CBHW will also facilitate access to community resources, collaborate with internal and external teams, and maintain strong client and caregiver engagement. All services are delivered using trauma-informed and strength-based approaches to promote recovery and resilience. The pay range for this position is $19.00 to $22.26 an hour, based on experience, education, and/or licensure.
