Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) is seeking an I-FAST Community Behavioral Health Worker in Fairfield County, OH. ISBH is a community-minded, forward-thinking behavioral health organization dedicated to helping individuals on their road to health and well-being by meeting them in their homes and communities and connecting them to resources. Serving Southeastern and Central Ohio, ISBH offers a comprehensive array of behavioral health and other services, collaborating with local partners to promote healthy people and strong communities. The I-FAST Community Behavioral Health Worker collaborates with all involved to address the needs of youth and families experiencing a wide range of DSM diagnoses, including complex cases of children at risk for out-of-home placement. This role empowers families to address challenging behaviors and helps children/youth aged 5-21 make life-transforming changes through intensive interventions such as skill-building, changing unhelpful family interactions, and increasing social support. The role involves ongoing training in the Integrated Family and Systems Treatment (I-FAST) model while working with families, children/youth, their communities, and other key members of their ecology to implement I-FAST as designed. The pay range for this position is $19.00 to $22.26 per hour based on experience, education, and/or licensure.
