About The Position

Liberty Resources, Inc. is seeking Multisystemic Therapy (MST) Clinicians to work with families of teenagers ages 12–17. The role uses an evidence-based model to help families address challenges and promote improved school attendance and performance, stronger family relationships, positive social connections, and reduced high-risk behaviors such as running away, aggression, stealing, and substance use. Clinicians receive hands-on training and ongoing supervision as part of the MST model and collaborate with families, schools, service providers, probation officers, and other community members to develop solutions. Treatment is family-centered and home-based, with a typical treatment period of 3–5 months and a caseload of 4–6 families. The position offers a hybrid schedule, with remote work when not in meetings or client sessions. Sessions may take place in the evening and on weekends as needed, and the team provides clients with 24/7 phone support. The hourly pay rate is $22.47.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a mental health field.
• At least 2 years of experience working with families; community-based work is preferred.
• Valid Texas driver’s license.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Work with families of teenagers ages 12–17 to address challenges and support positive outcomes.
• Provide home-based, family-centered therapy sessions and work within each family’s environment.
• Apply clinical approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy and family systems theory.
• Collaborate with families, schools, probation officers, service providers, and other community members to develop holistic solutions.
• Help families build on their strengths and make changes to family dynamics.
• Participate in the team’s 24/7 phone support for clients.
• Maintain a caseload of 4–6 families.
• Participate in hands-on training, ongoing supervision, and clinical supervision toward licensure.
