About The Position

Mana Resources is seeking a dedicated, positive, and enthusiastic Community-Based Rehabilitative Services (CBRS) Provider to join their team in Canyon County, Idaho. This role involves working directly with individuals of all ages who experience mental health and behavioral challenges, helping them build the skills needed to navigate everyday life with greater confidence and independence. Services are provided in homes and community settings, allowing for real-life skill application. The position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse population, including those in Juvenile Reintegration and Residential Habilitation programs. CBRS focuses on helping individuals overcome challenges, strengthen skills, improve daily functioning, and build resilience, ultimately aiming to enhance their quality of life and progress toward personal goals. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a human services-related field (required).
  • Ability to successfully pass an Idaho Department of Health and Welfare background check.
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, current vehicle registration, and vehicle insurance.
  • CPR/First Aid certification.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous CBRS experience and relevant certifications are a plus, but not required.
  • New to CBRS? That's okay! We're happy to provide training and guidance to help the right candidate develop the skills and confidence needed to succeed.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individualized behavioral, social, communication, and daily living skills training.
  • Help clients develop healthy coping skills, emotional regulation, problem-solving abilities, and greater independence.
  • Encourage confidence, personal growth, and positive decision-making.
  • Support clients in reducing barriers related to mental health and behavioral challenges.
  • Coordinate with counselors, healthcare providers, agencies, and community organizations to support comprehensive care and prevent duplication of services.
  • Participate in Child and Family Team (CFT) meetings when requested and with the consent of the youth and family.
  • Ensure services are age-appropriate, developmentally appropriate, and tailored to each client's unique needs.
  • Provide interventions that support measurable progress toward treatment goals outlined in individualized, person-centered service plans, when applicable.
  • Maintain professional documentation and communicate effectively with clients, families, and the treatment team.
